Request deletion of your ListSpread account
You can ask ListSpread to delete your account and its associated personal data, even if you no longer use our Android app.
How to request deletion
- Inside ListSpread Mobile or the website: Sign in, open Account, select Request account deletion, and confirm. We will record your request and contact you using your account email.
- Without access to your account: Send a request from your registered email address to support@listspread.com with the subject “ListSpread account deletion request.” Include the account email; do not send your password or payment-card details.
What happens next?
We verify that you control the account before processing a deletion. You may be asked to confirm your request by replying from the registered email address. We will acknowledge requests and explain any additional steps, outstanding subscriptions, or legal retention requirements. Submitting a request does not instantly remove your listings or cancel subscriptions.
Data scheduled for deletion
After verification, we remove your ListSpread account, stored inventory and listing information, uploaded listing photos, saved marketplace connection information and applicable authorization tokens, subject to retention requirements and technical processing. We also address the ListSpread subscription with our payment processor during fulfillment.
Data that may be retained
Some billing, transaction, security, and dispute records may need to be retained to satisfy legal requirements, prevent abuse, or resolve outstanding claims. Certain backup copies can remain for a limited period until backup retention cycles expire. We will explain any applicable retention when processing the request.
External marketplaces
Deleting your ListSpread account does not remove listings already published on eBay, Mercari, Depop, Fanaket, or other marketplaces, nor does it close accounts on those services. End or remove those listings in each marketplace separately before deleting ListSpread, if needed.
