ListSpread is an early-access beta. Marketplace integrations may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed while approvals and testing are underway.
Using ListSpread
You may use ListSpread to organize inventory and use the listing workflows made available to you. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, price, condition, photos, shipping information, and description of every item you list.
Marketplace rules
You remain responsible for complying with the terms, policies, fees, prohibited-item rules, seller requirements, and account rules of each marketplace you use. ListSpread is not a substitute for reviewing those marketplace rules.
Early-access integrations
Some marketplace functions are waiting on third-party approval. Mercari Assist is a manual workflow and does not automatically control a Mercari account. eBay and Depop publishing functions may remain unavailable until their respective developer or partner access is approved and configured.
Founding pricing
The beta is currently free. Sellers who join during the early-access period are intended to be eligible for a $12-per-year founding rate when paid billing launches. Billing is not active today. Details may be clarified before payments begin, and no charge will be made without a checkout or billing authorization.
No guarantee of sales or synchronization
ListSpread does not guarantee that an item will sell, that a marketplace will accept a listing, or that marketplace data will always remain synchronized. Sellers should verify important listing, inventory, order, and delisting information directly on the marketplace.
Prohibited use
Do not use ListSpread to list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, infringing, dangerous, or marketplace-prohibited goods; access another person's account without authorization; abuse APIs; interfere with the service; or attempt to bypass security controls.
Beta availability
The beta is provided on an as-available basis and may contain errors or temporary outages. Features may be added, removed, or changed as marketplace requirements and the product evolve.
Third-party services
ListSpread is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with eBay, Depop, Mercari, or other marketplaces unless explicitly stated. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the beta develops, marketplace integrations are approved, and paid service begins. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
